1. Description of Services

SnappyCX provides business-to-business (B2B) outsourcing, lead recovery, and customer support infrastructure. We integrate with client systems to facilitate communication, scheduling, and customer management on behalf of our clients.

2. SMS and Communications Policy

By opting in to receive SMS text messages from SnappyCX, you agree to the following terms regarding our messaging program:

  • Program Description: SnappyCX uses SMS to communicate with businesses regarding our lead recovery services, send consultation scheduling links, provide account updates, and offer customer support.
  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our team and your account status.
  • Pricing: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your specific plan.
  • Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or phone number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  • Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at hello@snappycx.com.
  • Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Privacy and Data Sharing

Your privacy is important to us. Data obtained through the short code program or SMS communications will not be shared with any third parties for their marketing purposes. 4. User Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
